Personal training
Do you find it hard to stay consistent when it comes to working out? A lot of people experience that same issue. You decide how you would like to get started with your personal training. We can train one-on-one, or you can take a buddy with you.
Duo training
Training together strengthens our bonds and connects us in ways we have not expierenced before. With duo training, you will have all the advantages of personal training and you split the cost! Haven’t got a buddy to train with yet? Sign up, and we will match you with a buddy who has similar goals to yours!
Cardio boxing
Did you know that with 45 minutes of boxing, you burn around 700 calories? At cardioboxing we work on technique and stamina, in a group of 4 to 6 people. Due to having a small group, we have the luxury to be able to give enough advice and attention to everyone individually.
Bootcamp
Working outside together under the supervision of a certified personal trainer. The dynamics of the group provide energy and there is no better air than in the outdoors! Work on your physique and dexterity with the team to complete the specified challenges within the time frame.

My name is Dion Kolsteren. I am the founder and owner of Kolsteren Sport Coaching. I am a verifiably certified personal trainer for the starting-, advanced-, and professional sportsperson. I will help you make working out a healthy habit!
