Hey there my name is Dion Kolsteren Founder of Kolsteren Sport Coaching Certified Personal trainer and life coach.
Here we train and coach beginners, intermediate and professional athletes. But you dont have to be an athlete to start your sporting journey with us.

Big gyms offer all different kind of facilities its just one major aspect in which they lack. And that is attention and time to practice and evaluate all steps in the process of training. This is why the majority of people going to the gym don’t reach their goals.

At Kolsteren sport coaching we teach and coach people to maintain training, and adapt it into their daily habits. We can help people lose weight and gain more strength, build muscle or build a super cardio. We offer an authentic training program and will coach you to your goals!

What is your BMI?

The body mass index (BMI) is a measure that uses your height and weight to work out if your weight is healthy. The BMI calculation divides an adult's weight in kilograms by their height in metres squared. For example, A BMI of 25 means 25kg/m2.
